Hyderabad:The 7th International Conference Consortium of Accredited Healthcare Organisations (CAHOCON)-2023 will be held at Novotel, Hyderabad Convention Centre from April 14 to 16th, disclosed Dr B. Bhaskar Rao, Organising Chairmen of CAHOCON-2023 in a press note issued in Hyderabad today.

It is organised by CAHO  (Consortium of Accredited Healthcare Organisations), a not-for-profit body that aims to enable quality and patient safety initiatives in Indian healthcare.

The not-for-profit body CAHO is represented by healthcare institutions, diagnostic centres and quality professionals with an overarching aim to promote patient safety through fire safety training for hospital staff, quality through communication skills for the healthcare professional and accreditation in the healthcare ecosystem

CAHOCON is a platform to accelerate the process of excellence in healthcare

The theme of CAHOCON 2023 is “Leadership is the Key to Quality”. The theme was chosen so to emphasize the importance of leadership in promoting patient safety in the healthcare delivery system and is relevant globally, informed Mr R. Govind Hari, Co-organising Chairman of the conference

Some of the speakers lined up are the top leadership of many hospitals and experts in the healthcare industry. More than 1500 delegates will be expected to participate in the three-day conference. Delegates from the International Society for Quality in Health Care will also attend

The conference will feature poster and video presentations. Debates, panel discussions. Awards for Process Excellence, Best CSSD, Young Quality Achiever, Quality Champion and Lifetime Achievement Award etc will also be awarded during the conference

An expo will be organised in conjunction with the conference. It will showcase new devices, and products and establish collaborations and networking.
