The First Brahmotsavam of Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple in Antakapalli,Rajam Mandal, Srikakulam Distirct, AP will be conducted from 12-04-2019 to 18-04-2019.

The Brahmotsavam will start with “Utsavarambhasnapanam” on 12th April. The Chairman of GMR Group Mr. G. Mallikarjun Rao and his family will participate in the auspicious “Thirukalayanotsavam” that will take place on 15th April. Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamy will grace the auspicious occasion with his presence.

Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple at Antakapalli Village was opened as per Vaidika Dharma under the auspices of Chinna Jeeyar Swami on 30th March 2017. The temple is adobe to Sri Venkateshwara Swamy, Padmavathi and Godha Devi.

It is considered as the “Small Tirupathi” in North Andhra region by devotees. The Grandhi family have been the Temple Trustees since its inception.

The temple has been built by the renowned sculptor, Sri Laxmi Narasimha swamy of Kalahasti and took nearly four years for the entire temple complex to be completed.  On an average around 12,000 devotees visit the temple every month. Devotees throng the temple during Saturdays and festivals from in and around Rajam.

The week long Brahmotsavam is an opportunity for all devotees to seek divine blessings.
