BRAINTREE and METHUEN: The Peabody Companies (www.peabodyproperties.com), a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, is pleased to announce the promotion of Teresa Zingales of Methuen to director of portfolio operations.

In this role, Zingales provides leadership and guidance to her direct reports while actively developing and directing her assigned portfolio of investment properties to allow for exceptional operations standards and new business growth.

Zingales, who previously held the title of senior manager of operations, joined the Peabody Companies in May of 2007.

She is a graduate of Merrimack College with a degree in business administration and management.
