Season 3 of Simon Cowell’s hit reality franchise beginsSeptember 21, 2013 and will air every Saturday and Sunday at 9PM. Theunique format of The X Factor USA involves identifying singing prowess keepingin mind factors such as stage presence and personality. The four judges arethen assigned one category each and act as mentors to the contestants belongingto their respective category. Not only do they help the contestants from theircategory with decisions regarding song choices, styling and staging but theyalso judge contestants from other categories. The winner of the reality talentshow, which was recently voted as the Best Reality Competitionshow at the 2013 Teen Choice Awards, will take home a whopping $1 million recording contract.

The X Factor USA Season 3 brings onboard a lethal combination of glamour and fiery passion with Kelly Rowland, the incredibly talentedsinger and member of one of the world’s most successful groups, Destiny’s Childalong with Demi Lovato, the youngest judge and mentor on the show who is knownfor her spot-on critiques, genuine encouragement and active involvement as a mentor.Demi Lovato’s previous stint on ‘The X-Factor’ USA as the original female judgehas also earned her the Choice TV Personality Award at the 2013 Teen ChoiceAwards.
