    UK-based SupplyCompass, a FashTech company, which helps fashion brands collaborate with their manufacturers and drive sustainable practices, is looking to expand its India operations. The Company is planning to aggressively hire talent across functions and will be signing new brands to its platform.

    SupplyCompass over the next 12 months, plans to on-board 5,000 fashion brands and their supply chains in India. The Company is also aggressively hiring across the board to fuel their growth plans. They plan to increase their workforce by 200 in the next 12 – 18 months.

    With the growth plans drawn up for India, SupplyCompass aims to make India a strategic hub for its operations to expand its presence further in South East Asian economies.

    Started in 2016 by Gus Bartholomew and Flora Davidson, who spent 2 years in India to build the business on the ground, spending their time on the road to research and meet more than 300 manufacturers and suppliers. SupplyCompass has built a tech platform which enables real time collaboration between fashion brands and manufacturers for bringing collections to the markets faster without compromising the quality of the end product.

    SupplyCompass is currently working with globally known brands including the highest scoring BCorp in the UK. They have achieved incredible results using the platform – 43% shorter lead times, dramatic improvements in measuring and reporting on sustainability and slashing ops hrs spent managing production by 40%.

    SupplyCompass works with fast growing brands across the world and their software has been deployed across supply chains in Europe, America and Asia.

    SupplyCompass is a highly ambitious team who care about solving the most pressing issues in fashion across UK and India. They are backed by some of Europe and India’s leading Venture Capital firms and on a rapid growth path. The Company has raised 2.5 million GBP till date in funding.

    Their supply chain collaboration software was launched in January 2020. They have a highly customer centric approach to product development and release new features every 4-6 weeks.
