Ernakulam : Vasanth Umbrella Apartment is a fully furnished 2 BHK located at the heart of Kochi (Queen of Arabian Sea). Although it is centred at one the busiest towns in the whole state, we do have access to some beautiful backwater sightseeing opportunities on the banks of the Kaniampuzha river which is decorated by lush greenery which reflects the heavenly beauty of God’s own country…For your comfortable mode of transport, we do have a fleet of vehicles or you can use the boat jetty which is within a walking distance from Vasanth Umbrella Apartments. The boat jetty also has a walkway which can be used as a channel for those who would like to go for morning jogs or for an evening sunset walk. For your food requirements, we can offer some of the most traditional delicacies that Kerala has to offer. Or if you would like to go for some Chinese, Thai or any other international food combos, there are online hyperlocal food delivery systems that can get you your requirements in under an hour or less.

All apartments are on the same building. As mentioned all apartments consist of 2 BHK. Each BHK is equipped with Double bed, Cupboard, Side table and it does have an A/c. Along with the bedroom is the Bathroom and is equipped with a water heater.  When we go to the drawing room, the apartment does have Sofa set along with a table and a TV which is providing entertainment 24 hrs. Moving forward to the dining room, it has a dining table with 4 or 6 chairs.  Now comes the kitchen. It does have a refrigerator, UV water filter for drinking water and Induction cooker. Any family who wants to cook can cook for themselves. It does have plates, cups, cooking utensils, and so on. The building does have a security cam. All apartments consist of invertor in case there is a power outbreak. We also provide laundry services. , iron box, washing machine and other such utilities will be part of the package for  those who opt for longer stays( 90 days )

We are just a 45-60 minute drive away from the Cochin International airport. The nearest bus station is the Vytilla Hub which is just 2 kms away. Two railway stations lie within a 5 km radius from the apartments. The nearest metro station also lies within this radius and as mentioned before the boat jetty is just a walk away from our location. All the prestigious schools, Colleges, shopping malls all are lying in a very close proximity to Vasanth Umbrella Apartments. International restaurant chains such as McDonald’s, KFC, Subway as well as some of the most famous Indian restaurant chains also are within an arm’s reach from our apartment.  For all kinds of medical attention and in case of any medical emergency we have tied up with 4 of the best hospitals in Cochin which all lie within a radius of 4 kms. Our partnerships with these hospitals will give u access to features such as lab facilities and also the delivery of medicines as per the requirements.

Finally, we do provide certain discounts and other promotional offers through certain bakeries, supermarkets, food joints including food desert centre, Ayurveda treatments, Optical showrooms and a lot more in the Pipe Line.

For guests who prefer to stay for longer stay packages (90 days and above applicable), free pickups and drop-offs to airports/ free Ayurveda treatment for relaxation will be taken care.  For other guests, we do have something for them handy. (45 days and more applicable).

Vasanth Umbrella Apartment does operate tours and travels along with his counterparts in and around Kerala and Pan-India region. We do work with a lot of tie-ups across the pan-India region. In Kerala, we do operate to Munnar, Thekkady, Kumarakom, Alleppey, Quilon, and Kovalam. If we move to North we do take care of our guest to tour Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary, Edakkal Caves, Thirunelly Temple, Wayanad Heritage Museum, Arakkal Museum, Bekal Fort and the list goes own and own…. and
