    Published on October 25, 2021

An icon of Italian-made luxury with international appeal, this year, and for the first time, the brand is celebrating, the Indian national holiday of Diwali. Known as the “Festival of Lights,” in both a material sense and as a symbol of spiritual rebirth, this celebration creates a vibrant atmosphere, inviting people to enjoy themselves, go shopping, and spend time with their loved ones. Lights, small oil lamps, floating candles and fireworks light up towns and cities to celebrate new beginnings. Strong Italian design combined with timeless precision, the Versace Greca Icon, available at a price of INR 96,100, is all set to serve the Indian consumers.

The watch has a Swiss quartz Ronda 762 movement and features a round 36 mm case with the Greca motif engraved on the bezel, and a black cabochon on the crown. The bright green guilloché dial, evoking the idea of awakening from darkness and the return of light, has the Greca motif and the Versace logo engraved on the right side. At 12 o’clock we find the embossed Medusa head in IPYG and the logo in contrasting color—both bold and glamorous brand icons. As further confirmation of the recognisability of these Versace timepieces, the Greca motif is also engraved centrally on the straps (black or blue calfskin) or bracelet.

A perfect gift idea, the watch is available from November in select Versace stores and authorized retailers.
