  • VIBGYOR Group of Schools Concludes Viva 13, Inter-School Cultural Fest, With a Bang

    ●        Over 20,000 students from across India participated in the virtually-held event

    Mumbai: VIBGYOR Group of Schools, a leading chain of K-12 schools, hosted the grand finale of the 13th edition of Viva, its annual inter-school cultural festival, on 5th February 2022, on virtual platform. The spectacular celebration was broadcast online and on VIBGYOR’s social media channels, and featured riveting performances by students across the country.

    The festival was held over six months, with over 20,000 students participating from schools across the country. The final events were judged by an eminent jury, including Kathak master Priya Tipale, singer Saurabh Daftardar, and choreographer Gladson Jacob.

    Congratulating the winners and participants at the grand finale, Kavita Sahay Kerawalla, Vice Chairperson, VIBGYOR Group of Schools said, “Year after year, whether in physical form or virtual, Viva has lived up to its reputation of bringing together diverse talents, all united in their quest for creativity and excellence. The Viva participants have enthusiastically broken the shackles put upon all of us by the pandemic, and have eagerly embraced our efforts to accord them with an exceptional and fruitful experience. The passion, knowledge and innovation on display in this forum continues to be as wondrous to me now, as it was when we first embarked on this journey, and I sincerely hope this was the case with all those who were a part of Viva 13.

    We congratulate everyone who joined us this year, participants, judges, and viewers alike, as well as all the winners. We will be back soon with Viva 14, and we hope to continue exceeding expectations every time.”

    Participants from Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, and Vadodara competed in the qualifying and knockout rounds. The finalists in each of the below categories participated in the grand finale:
