“It has been repeatedly reiterated, and it is becoming abundantly clear that we will not get out of the current environmental crisis by simply ignoring it. I feel that it is high time that we replace the “profit at all cost” model with something better like “benefit to all”  This World Environment Day, 5ire pledges to double up its efforts to accelerate the implementation of the United Nations 2030 agenda for Sustainable Development by incorporating the 17 SDGs into our blockchain network. We want to become an ecosystem where individuals and enterprises can develop, build, transact and participate in sustainable economic growth while ensuring democracy and justified fair representation of stakeholders. 

For the past 15 years we have worked to test and implement the idea around a “For benefit” economy, and it is heartening to know that it has been recognized for its value and universal application. The growing use cases, and its veracity is reason enough to push on for a more sustainable, robust, and innovative economy that insists upon and relies on the “benefit for all” model.”
