As the Ganesh festivalis coming close, the team of Are Avaaj Konacha began their Maharashtrapromotional _L-R__Vaibhav_Wagh__Uday_Tikekar__Sanjay_Jadhav_and_Chidvilas_Kshirsagartour starting from KudalDeshkar Nivas Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Mandal, Girgaon.

    A team of youth comingfrom simple lifestyle and middle class background started their social careerworking as ‘Ganeshutsav Karyakartas’(Social Worker) later have joined their hands and formed a company named ‘COMMONMANFILMS’.

    On this occasion, Chidvilas Kshirsagar, Producer said, “Followingthe movie theme of politics, we have started our movie promotion campaign bybreaking the coconut and announcing our tour, following the similar practice ofstarting any political campaign. Like any candidate before election needs togive his application to collector to stand for the election, we are followingan identical format by giving our movie release date application form to peoplein each city which will continue across Maharashtra. This is our first moviewhich will be an attempt to highlight the life of ‘Karyakarta’.”

    The film is based onthe journey and experience of a karyakarta finely represented by Dr Amol Kolheas Uday Sawant in the movie. The story is about a young boy who comes fromsmall town and gains popularity within short span under the political party as karyakarta.Looking at the popularity of Uday, the leader Nanasaheb (Tushar Dalvi) startstaking various possible measures to finish the career of this karyakarta, asUday was a strong hand of his opposition Annasaheb (Uday Tikekar).

    “Are Avaaj Konacha isnot just a movie but our dream. Indian film industry is one the best medium toreach all sections of the society. The idea behind formation of Commanman Filmswas to reach out to masses and address the present social issues which areeither avoided or forgotten through the medium of Filmmaking. The film willemphasize on the life of karyakarta, their problems, the challenges they faceduring addressing the problems of society, political pressures, intrigue tomention few”, adds Vaibhav Wagh,Producer.

    Director Hemant Deodhar said, “This movie willget connected to everyone. There are many karyakartas in our society who aresuffering but their voices are ignored and unheard. This movie will alsohighlight the strength of today’s media who can make or break a person. AreAvaaj Konacha …! is dedicated to those voices which are unheard by the societyof today. I wish this movie will unfold the reality to today’sgeneration”.

    The Mumbaikarswitnessed huge crowd and excitement at Girgaon. Starting the festive feel andarrival of Lord Ganesha was visible on all the spackled and happy faces. Thewelcome of Lord Ganesha was in presence of DrAmol Kolhe and over 60 Dhol Pathak (Dhol players) performing LIVE giving a hairraising experience and high heart beats for the people around.

    A story based on thelife of a ‘Karyakarta’ is all set to release on October 18, 2013.
