  • Vriti Named 5th Fastest Growing Technology Company in India

    Bangalore: Vriti Infocom Private Limited was today named a winner of the prestigious Deloitte Fast 50 India and Deloitte Fast 500 Asia Pacific awards, marking it out as one of the fastest growing technology companies in India. The company was placed fifth out of fifty companies short-listed across India. Vriti is a pioneer in creating testing and assessment platforms in the education industry with deployments across coaching institutes, schools, government universities, publishers and other education brands.

    The award was officially presented to the CEO Swapnil Shrivastav in Bengaluru. Sourabh Shrivastav, Vice President, Engineering and co-founder of Vriti added, “We are honoured to receive this recognition from Deloitte. Vriti has successfully evolved from a research-oriented technology start up to a company setting the standard for deploying educational platforms in India.”

    Vriti has extended its coverage to over 80 cities across India and elsewhere, having recently completed its 503rd partner deployment. The company has also launched a new offering for Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) schools to make them compliant with the CBSE’s new Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) guidelines.

    Vriti partners with tutors, coaching institutions, publishers, schools and universities to provide students with educational content and assessment services, which are monetised on a per-student basis. This is now India’s largest education network. Over 75 million questions have been answered on Vriti’s platform and the company boasts over 1 million registered users across its communities and partners. Vriti was founded by alumni of IIT Bombay and IIT Delhi. Intel Capital and JAFCO Asia are its primary financial investors.

The programme short-lists and ranks the world’s fastest growing technology companies based on their revenue growth over three years.
