Kolkata: Mr. Sayan Bandhopadhyay, an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and the HR Manager of Asian Paints Eastern zone was the key speaker in the seminar. He has an extensive experience in the corporate sector and is a inexhaustible and knowledgeable speaker in the field of Human Resource Management.
The seminar was initiated by one of the students of The Heritage Academy who welcomed the speaker, the other dignitaries and all the students. She then requested Prof. Gour Banerjee, Principal of The Heritage Academy to introduce the speaker as well as the topic. Prof. Banerjee pointed out that the corporate world is dynamic and is fast changing. The industry expects that the candidate should be well equipped to fit in their environment from the very first day. He then welcomed the speaker to enumerate the industry expectations from prospective candidates.
