Mumbai:XL Dynamics India, an Indian MNC, specialised in IT, audit and quality control outsourcing solutions to a defined clientele in the US mortgage industry plans to start an exclusive Covid-19 vaccination drive for around 5000 people includingemployees,dependent family members and newly recruited employees during pandemic in its 14 new branches across India, under employee well-being program.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, to support its more than 2800 employees and to keep them safe, the company has taken multiple initiatives such as remote work, distribution of masks and sanitizers, safe travel arrangements, and special incentives for financial support to the employees.

“To help employees and their dependents as vaccination is not covered, as part of the health insurance, under OPD policy and following the Centre’s decision to allow partial sale of the Covid-19 vaccines in the open market, We back the inoculation campaign and hope for the novel coronavirus pandemic to end soon” said Ms. SonaliOke, Director, XL Dynamics India.

Contrary to the industry trend, XL Dynamics has witnessed accelerated growth during the pandemic. The company has recruited around one thousand employees in 14 new branches across India.
