To celebrate the occasion and mark its first birthday the restaurant is hosting a month of Charcoal Lamb Buncelebrations including a refreshed menu, a chef’s table opportunity and rewards for its most loyal customers.Charcoal Lamb Bun

    The Expat Chef, Chong Chee Loong has relied on his years of experience in reading customer tastes and reacting to customer feedback, to put together a comprehensive new menu.

    “We at Yauatcha would like to thank all our guests for the support they have extended to the brand and we welcome everyone to join in our celebrations as we complete a year of operations in Delhi. The new menu is guaranteed to woo your taste buds with fascinating flavors and fresh ingredients. We remain focused on constant innovation to offer exceptional food quality and excellent customer service in an elegant ambience.” said Chef Loong.

    As an anniversary special, Yauatcha Delhi has added several varieties of new dishes in the menu including dim sum, salads, soups and main course and is leaving no stone unturned to give the guests a wonderfully fresh experience. The new dishes have been specially curated by our chefs keeping the guests’ taste and preferences in mind.

    Some of the new additions to the wide selection of dim sum include Steamed spicy Sichuan chicken, Vegetable ying yang dumpling, Sugarcane chicken roll, Spicy squid cake, Shitake mushroom & yam bean rice roll and Curry spiced vegetable wontons.

    The carefully crafted new menu also features delightful new soups and salads such as the Minced lamb soup with celery & mushrooms & Thai style prawn salad with mango.

    The new main course additions consist of Spicy mahlak chicken with sesame oil and mushrooms and Penang style old town prawn noodles to name a few. Vegetarians can delve into the sumptuous selection of Stir fry vegetables in preserved mountain chilli sauce, Stir fry tofu and yam bean in fermented bean sauce and Stir fry vegetables in asam sauce to name a few.

    Besides the change in the menu, Yauatcha Delhi has also planned a special Chef’s Table fortnight wherein an exclusive menu has been curated showcasing the new dishes among the others. The dishes in this menu have been hand-picked by the team of chefs. The Expat Chef will also be interacting with the guests explaining the inspirations, flavours and the elements of each dish. The highlight of this event is that the guests will get a first-hand experience of the menu while savouring the delectable relishes and appreciate the cuisine even more. Along with the food, Yauatcha Delhi will be offering special cocktails and wines, paired with the various dishes. The Chef’s Table is scheduled from Friday, 14th Nov to Friday, 28th Nov.

    With such varieties added in the new menu and Chef’s Table fortnight, Yauatcha wishes to enchant guests with amazing flavours from the world of Cantonese cuisine. Guests will be pleasantly amazed to experience the new menu with fresh flavourful additions.
