A presentation competition ‘10 minutes to fame – The IET Present around the World (PATW) 2013’ hosted by the IET

Event description

The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) Mumbai Local Network is hosting the regional finals of the ’10 Minutes to fame – Present Around the World (PATW) 2013’ – a global competition for engineering professionals aged 18-26. Participants make a 10 minute technical presentation on any subject related to engineering and technology, followed by a Q&A session with an expert panel of judges. Participants will be judged on their presentation skills and technical content. The winner is entitled to a cash prize of Rs.12, 000/- and a one-year free membership of the IET; he/she will also represent the Mumbai Local Network in the South Asia Regional Finals. The runner-up will get a cash prize of Rs. 8,000 along with a one-year free membership.

Over 60 engineering colleges have been invited to participate in the event.
