    1st Phase of BIDPL’s CRISIL Star Rated Project, ‘LUMBINI TERRACE GARDEN HOMES’ in Sector 109, Gurgaon Fully Sold On Announcement

    New Delhi: Lumbini Terrace Homes (LTH) in Sector 109, Gurgaon is a 10.79 acres residential project, with an outlay of Rs. 125 Crores. The residential complex is adjacent to the growth corridor namely, the 210 meter-wide upcoming Dwarka expressway (NPR). Lumbini Terrace Homes are inspired by the evergreen birthplace of Buddha and the desire to facilitate a balanced and wholesome lifestyle among residents.

    The residential complex with design and ambience based on the Zen philosophy is the first and only one in NCR to receive the coveted CRISIL 4-star rating for the viability of the project.     The company did not have to take the broker’s route as they readily achieved their target of selling Phase 1 at a launch price of Rs. 3500/- per sq. ft.

    LTH will comprise of 5 independent towers, each over thirteen floors with three and four bedroom apartments overlooking the Terrace Gardens ranging from 2637–1703 sq. ft., including the 75ft long x 8ft wide Terrace Gardens in every apartment. The long open Terrace Gardens in each apartment give ample space for private yet outdoor entertainment within the complex.     Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd., (ACIL), have been contracted for the construction of Lumbini Terrace Homes. ACIL have in the recent past constructed the District Court Complex in Saket, Hotel Grand Hyatt at Vasant Kunj; the eco-friendly residential complex, GurgaonOne in Gurgaon and ITC Gardenia and Brigade Metropolis Housing Complex in Bangalore. Design Forum International (DFI), the architects for LTH have designed Select City Walk, Omaxe Plaza, City Emporio, Aashiana Housing, Garden Housing of Ansals API, Amritsar, et al.

    BIDPL has substantial land holdings in Sectors 109, 110 and 112, Gurgaon, adjoining Dwarka Expressway. All requisite licenses from various regulatory authorities for Lumbini Terrace Homes are in place and the sample flat is ready for prospective buyers of the 2nd phase to see. LTH would be delivered to buyers in the first quarter of 2014. Home loans for Lumbini Terrace Homes are readily available through major banks like HDFC, Indiabulls and others.
