  • 31st India International Trade Fair to begin from 14th November

    More than six thousand exhibitors will participate in this year’s India International Trade Fair to be held at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi from 14th to 27th of this month.

    Chief Managing Director of India Trade Promote Organization, ITPO, Rajiv Kher while briefing reporters in the national capital today said that beside domestic participants, exhibitors from 26 countries will display their products at the 31st edition of the fair. He informed that entry to the fair will be reserved for business visitors for the first five days. It will be opened to the general public from 19th November.

    Tickets for the fair will be available at the Delhi Metro stations and ITPO counters at Pragati Maidan. Mr. Kher informed that this year’s theme is Indian Handicrafts – The Magic of the Gifted Hands.

    Jharkhand and West Bengal are the partner states at this year’s edition while Bihar and Orissa are the focus states. The fair will be inaugurated by Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee on 14th.
