  • Arjun rises as winner in Phalake Smarak Rally Circuit At Nashik!

    Nashik: Western India Sports Association organized Mahindra Adventure Rally of Maharashtra 2013 started off very well with Super Special Stage at Dadasaheb Phalke Smarak. All Nashikites gathered there to watch the fast action. It is like yearly fair for them. Arjun Rao Arur clocked fastest time of 1 min. 38 sec. closely followed by Amitrajit Ghosh and Falguna Urs at 1 min. 39 sec. Arjun was very happy and appreciated the cheering of the city dwellers. He was surounded by the fans especially young fans. Arjun spent lot of time with the fans shaking hands and congratulating him, clicking photographs with the hero. Everything went very smooth. All precautions were taken care off by WISA officials such as Ambulance with doctor, fire tender and much more. No mishaps happened.

    Tomorrow on 8th June action will happen at Bhadardara area. Stages will start by 8.33 am. Interested people should leave Nashik by 6 am as entry inside the special stage area will be closed 1 hour before start of the stage. The route maps and other related information is available on www.wisa.org.in All detailed maps are given on the website. Even the roads are demarked on the maps. Reconing tulips or the landmarks are explained. WISA President Mr. Ashwin Pandit has invited the spectators for the special stages. He has warned all enthusiasts that be safe and let the event run smoothly.
