Mumbai : Not always do you find best friends playing true to life roles on screen. But BIG CBS PRIME’s NCIS (Naval Criminal Investigative Service), the highest rated drama series on US television moves from investigative drama to emotional reconciliations.

Tuesday, May 15 episode has two real life palsliving their dreams as friends, on screen too! Actress Pauley Perrette will play real-life bestie, Boston Legal alumna, Meredith Eaton, who last appeared on TV’s most-watched drama two seasons ago. Though both friends have been a part of the show, it is only in Season 9,the newest & freshest season, currently showing in both US and BIGCBS PRIME India, where the two friends come together on screen, as best pals.

“It is so amazing having Meredith back on NCIS,”says  Perrette. “Having your best friend play your best friend is about as fun as it gets. The fans love her and I love her. It’s a love fest!”

Eaton, as lab tech Carol Wilson, first appeared asa guest on NCIS when Abby’s gal pal simply paid her a visit. But for Eaton’s encore — which was fueled in part by a Twitter campaign Perrette started —Carol is on hand to assist with cracking a case.

The forthcoming episode on May 15, at 9.00 pm also has great surprises–Gibbs and FBI Agent T.C. Fornell (Joe Spano) cross paths with the woman they both can call “ex-wife” (Melinda McGraw).
