1.Slice tomatoes and bocconcini cheese
2.Prepare balsamic vinaigrette mixing all ingredients above
3.Prepare pesto coarsely grind above ingredient in mixture
4.Arrange tomatoes and cheese on a platter.
5.Drizzle vinaigrette and pesto.
6.Garnish with basil leaves.
