Inadequate protein intake in the diet along with poor lifestyle can lead to poor muscle health which manifest in the form of fatigue in short term and loss of muscle mass over long term. It is paramount to introduce protein in daily diet through food and other health interventions like Protein supplements which help to plug in the gaps in diet. Doctors across India have trusted Danone products for the last six decades.” says Dr. Nandan Joshi, Head – Nutrition Science & Medical Affairs, Danone India.
