Hyderabad : The Six-Day Deloitte Monsoon Regatta 2013 concluded Sunday evening here in city.  Organised by Hyderabad Yacht Club, it was conducted successfully for fifth year in the row.

In a concluding function held at Ohri’s 1857 Restaurant on Sunday event, winners of various categories were given away prizes and trophies.

The Family Monsoon Regatta Rolling Trophy was  bagged by Sandeep Jain and team comprised of Pankaj Pancha, Mayuri, Vishnu Sarva.

The Bronze, Silver and Gold Medals in the Family Regatta Category went to Aarti Pawar, Ayaz Shaikh, Sandeep Jain respectively.

In optimist category Rolling Trophy went to Vishnu Sarvanan. The Bronze, Silver and Gold Medal went to Mahesh Balachandran, Chitresh Thata respectively.

Individual Optimist category Rolling Trophy went to Shubham Jadhav.  Bronze, Silver and Gold medals went to Aditi, Piyush Chauhan, Shubham Jadhav respectively.

The closing ceremony was graced by all the players and everybody associated with the Regatta.

The Credo of the Yacht Club of Hyderabad is Dignity Through Sports. The sport has been gaining popularity each passing year.  This year it received record number of 150 entries across the categories from all over India.
