  • Dena Bank holds Customer meet in Mumbai: Committed to offer Best Possible Services to Customers

    Event pictureMumbai : Dena Bank has hosted a Customer meet on 1st October, 2013 at Sir Sorabji Pochkhanawala Bankers Training College (SPBT) College auditorium in Mumbai for creating awareness on Code of Bank’s commitment to customer. The Bank invited Shri A.C Mahajan Chairman, Banking Codes and Standards Board of India (BCSBI) for the customer meet.

    The customer meet which identified various ways and means to improve the bank’s customer services across various segments of the society, was attended by Shri Ashok Kumar Dutt, Executive Director, Smt. Trishna Guha, Executive Director, Dena Bank, Shri R.K. Gupta Field General Manager (Maharashtra Operations), Dena Bank, and Shri D.K Dua General Manager, Dena Bank.

    Dena Bank has nearly 15,000 employees serving customers through 1500 branches across the country.
