Edimax Technologies Introduces New Toll Free Number for Partners and Customers

MUMBAI: Edimax Technology, the world’s leading provider of advanced network communication and IP surveillance products, announced a new Toll-free number. The new toll-free number aims to provide improved support for partners and customers in India.
The new toll-free number 1800-102-3880 is already operational and is open to Indian channel partners and end users seeking technical support or after-sales service from Edimax.
Being a key player in the Indian semi-networking industry, Edimax Technologies believes that support for partners and customers is a critical function that any company should undertake to ensure that its partners and customers are provided with complete solutions from pre-sales to post-sales support.
The toll-free service is a pan-India service and the team is trained to offer tech support, L1 (Level 1 or basic) troubleshooting, L2 (Level 2 or advanced) troubleshooting, information about products, enquiries regarding product availability, escalating complaints and providing feedback to the company. The number would be operational from 10 am to 7 pm on all the days except Sundays and national holidays.
