  • Fujifilm opens its first Demo Centre in India to showcase its latest innovation in Graphic Arts technology

    Mumbai : Fujifilm India Private Limited, today, opened its First Demo Centre in Mumbai to showcase and demonstrate its flagship products and its capabilities as well as a customer gallery showcasing the print samples. The unique Demo Centre has been designed to give a real time experience of the Photo-2company’s wide-format printing prowess.

    The Centre showcases the Fujifilm range of Wide Format Inkjet Printers (WFIJ) including its latest version of the Acuity LED 1600 – a versatile wide format LED UV inkjet printer which boasts of its ultra-high quality and application flexibility. Its new feature comprises of a new fast printing mode of 33m2 (355 sq ft) per hour, which is more than 50% faster than the previous model, addressing customer demands for faster job turnarounds and lower output cost. The Acuity Advance Select is the all-in-one mid-range UV inkjet flatbed printer offering outstanding performance and quality in PoP material and creative printing. The Acuity EY flatbed printer is a true breakthrough in wide format UV digital imaging technology, offering the perfect combination of near photographic print quality, production output and investment cost. These wide format UV inkjet printers can print on a wide range of rigid and flexible media for unimaginable range of applications. Using Fujifilm’s award winning Uvijet inks, the Acuity printers offer exceptional quality, are truly affordable and offer faster return.

    The company is expected to achieve 10% overall growth by the end of FY 2015 of which Graphics Arts business is one of the most important drivers for growth. The company is looking at achieving 15% growth by the end of FY 2016. As a novel initiative by Fujifilm in the WFIJ printing industry, the company is opening its First Demo Centre exclusively for this segment. With this initiative the company wants to further strengthen its Graphic Arts presence in India and increase its revenue with a more significant contribution coming from this Business.

    Inaugurating the Demo Centre, Mr. Yasunobu Nishiyama, Managing Director, Fujifilm India Pvt.
