GST collections have crossed Rs 1 lakh crore mark in October this year.

In September, the revenue from goods and services tax was 94,000 crore rupees.

In a tweet, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said, the success of GST is lower rates, lesser evasion, higher compliance, only one tax and negligible interference by taxation authorities.
