For first time, Minimax forays in kitchen fire protection category with the launch of K Class series. K Class is an ideal product that has been designed to curb kitchen fire hazards caused by heavy cooking oils, grease or animal fats that can be extinguished using Wet Chemical, an agent used in kitchen fire extinguishers. The extinguishers operates on a simple pull up & aim at the fire technique and is equipped with user friendly features including simple operation and maintenance, natural polished stainless steel body, wide angle, soft discharge spray and is easily rechargeable. The extinguisher will be available in 6 and 9 Lt Capacity and is affordably priced.

Backed by a rich global legacy and a trusted brand name, Minimax’s K Class extinguishers is a first of its kind range of fire extinguishers suited to industrial kitchens conforming to EN standards designed as per global norms. The new range of kitchen fire extinguishers will prove beneficial to the hospitality, retail & malls and pharma sector.

Working in tandem with K Class series, Minimax also launched a range of Fire Blankets in three sizes ,( 1.2 x 1.2, 1.2 x 1.8, 1.8 x 1.8meter) in dimension suitable to protect users from kitchen fires. Gunnebo Fire blankets are light weight, smooth, self-extinguishable product which is resistant against high temperature (upto 550C) , fire, acid and alkaline.  Minimax’s fire blanket EN certified perfectly suited for fire hazards in industrial kitchens, hotels, shopping malls, supermarkets, gas stations as well as industries such shipbuilding and petrochemical industries.

Class D Metal Fire Extinguishers has been designed with an aim to diffuse metal reactive fire especially in metal storage yards involving Sodium, Pottassium, Aluminium, Zirconium etc.. The extinguisher is manufactured in line with new performance standards, with soft flow extension applicator and comes with an in-built long range nozzle with powder coated finish.
