Department of Chemical Engineering and Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers (IIChE) students chapter, Heritage Institute of Technology (IIChE-HITK), Kolkata  organized Industry Institute Interaction Programme (IIIP) on 1st March 2019.

Prof. S. V. Satyanarayana, President, Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers  graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Prof. Amitava Bandyopadhyay, Secretary IIChE, Mr. Praveen Saxena, Director, BLAST CARBOBLOCKS Pvt Ltd., Mumbai & Coordinator IIIP, IIChE, Mr. Ranga Rao Manduva, Scientific Officer, DAE, Nuclear Fuel Complex (Retd) & Joint Secretary, IIChE, and Mr. D. M. Butala, Vice-president, IIChE & Techint Consulting Engineers, were also present during the programme as eminent speakers.

The programme gave a brief of various opportunities in career for Chemical Engineers. “IIIP programme gives an exposure to the students regarding recent career opportunities in the market,” said Shri P.K.Agarwal, CEO, Heritage Group of Institutions Kolkata.
