New Delhi: This Summer, b:blunt’s creative team celebrates their partnership with ‘Game’, a multi starrer movie hitting theaters 1^st April, 2011. Shefali Shetty, head stylist for the movie is particularly excited to see this project come to life on the big screen as it explores different looks, specially crafted for the movie. After having styled and assisted on hindi movies such as Rang De Basanti, Don and Rock On, she hopes to have delivered her very best in terms of stylizing her actors based on their characters in the movie.

‘Game’, directed by Abhinay Deo and co-produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani is an action movie based on love, revenge, retribution and good old-fashioned murder. The movie boasts of a star-studded cast that includes Abhishek Bachan, Kangana Ranaut, new comer, Sarah Jane Dias, Jimmy Shergill, Boman Irani, Anupam Kher and Sahana Goswami. Shefali, has tried to design the movie with close reference to its plot and the characters engaged in it. She brings to life fresh modern looks for the film.

From short simple hair to electrifying sun kissed curls, Shefali has managed to style each individual with a unique customized look. Her inspiration for the movie ranges from fashionable people across exotic destinations to the nuances of the movie and personalities of those involved within it. “Analysing the script and decoding it’s characters is the first step towards creating a look for any movie” says Shefali, giving the audiences an insight into the research of “designing” a film.

Hairdressing for a cool cop to a French courtesan dancing to the beats of a hindi song in a Turkish club, was quite an escapade for Shefali to portray. Hairstyles of movie stars have fascinated people over the years and helped create new trends for spectators to impersonate over and over again.
