Hyderabad : Enamoured by the colourful Indian sarees and dresses worn by few delegates and the organizers at the ongoing International Pharmacognosy Meet at Hyderabad foreign delegates decided to up the glam quotient and dress themselves in the local Indian attire.

Ms. Anda Neatu from Romania smitten by a beautiful colourful ethnic wear worn by one of the organizers Ms. Divya of OMICS Group International at the seminar decided to go shopping and got dressed a la an Indian lady. Having got a colourful salwar kameez in bright colours, she donned the same and was the cynosure of all at the valedictory ceremony of the three-day meet in city today.

On a very first day of the meet Anda bought pearl set on for sale at the venue and wore the same to the meeting.

Not only Anda, many foreign nationals were seen sporting Indian dresses at the ceremony following the credo… When in Rome, do as the Romans do. Few of the delegates wore the traditional attires of their country at the meet. The last day saw many delegates zip across to the shopping centres in the city to go shopping for pearls, bangles, etc.

Local organizers were astonished to see how fast foreigners adapted to the local dress culture and carried it on with aplomb.
