  • Inspan kick starts ‘Inspan Insights – 2011’ Road Show Series

    Published on May 10, 2011

India – Inspan Infotech, one of the largest IT distribution companies for motherboards and hardware components has planned a series of road shows under the theme ‘Inspan Insights – 2011’. Under this series, Inspan will reach out to partners in tier 3 and tier 4 cities. The first set in the Q1 (AMJ) of this financial year slated in May kicks off from Kerala. Inspan will go to Kannur, Mallapuram and Calicut and connect with partners. Having a mandate to ‘penetrate deep in the market’this year, Inspan plans to take distribution to partners’ door step which is hitherto felt as a need from these geographies. In this venture, Inspan is supported by its vendors.

The roads shows are planned as mentioned below-

    Road Show Date Place Hotel
    17/05/2011 Kannur Hotel Malabar Residency
    19/05/2011 Malappuram Hotel Ernad
    21/05/2011 Calicut Hotel West Way

The theme in 2010-2011 – “Celebrating 10 Glorious Year” as part of road shows activities,Inspan effectively conducted road shows in 25 cities across the country. And now with its new theme “INSPAN INSIGHTS“- Penetrating Deep into Market, Inspan plans to expand its reach in many more C class and D class cities by conducting these road shows. The focus of these road shows is to reach out to the interior parts of south India. Inspan has the distinction of conducting road shows where no vendor/ distributor had even thought of like that happened in Theni a smaller upcoming market in South Tamil Nadu last year. The response from the channels was over whelming.

Vendors too were excited as they benefit a lot from these road shows as they rarely get a chance to meet and interact personally with partners in these up country markets like northern Kerala. Often one would focus on bigger markets like Cochin and Trivandrum where significant noises are made. These kinds of road shows would serve to build a strong relationship between vendors, Inspan and valued channel partners in nut shell ‘A Win – Win situation’ for mutual benefit .

We are excited about the response that we received last year from the road shows we conducted in 25 cities and we are encouraged to continue the same this year”said Sudhir S,Managing Director of Inspan Infotech. “We have plans to take these brands to other similar geographies across the nation in a phased manner. While this ensures the required strengthening of the brand recall, brands also get bigger foot print in these futuristic market and benefit as ‘first mover’ “adds Sudhir
