I have got over 500 eq shares in Force Motors Ltd. (an automobile mfg co) purchased through rights shares in 1993 and 1997 at an average price of Rs100/- per equity share. Since this Company is no more an active player in giving bonus last bonus 1986 (nor is interested in giving attractive rights issue to finance some promising business ventures such as entering into auto ancilliaries like spark plugs, carburettors, gear boxes, steering assemblies, shock absorbers, etc.) automotive electornics, etc. In short no value addition to existing shareholders please advice.

Sir, in last june i invested Rs.11 lakhs in railway related stocks
like Titagrah, Kalindee, Kernex, Texmaco, Stone India, Hind. Rectifier and exit from these stocks in January and earn around 30% .
But this time still i have not invested in railway stocks.Due to current bad situation for next one to two months. I have also analysed some other stocks also for investment
like KRBL, KSOIL, Jupiter Bioscience, Tilak Nagar, Ankur Drugs, Dolphin off shore,PTC,Union Bank,Gammon India, Central Bank, Mcnally Bharatetc. Kindly advise me whether this is the right time or what is the right time to enter these stocks and how much time i have to hold and how much i have to invest. I am thinking for 1000 shares each. I am investing in equities since two years. I am doing intraday also at home each day around 4 to 6 lakhs. I wrote lenghty story. Once again kindly advise me for the above
      Thanking you,
