  • The Orchid Mumbai is organizing Jashn-e-Kebab festival at the hotel’s signature open aired rooftop restaurant ‘Mostly Grills’. The weeklong festival will let diners savor sizzling kebab preparations and delectable main courses, straight from the Mughlai recipes under the supervision of Executive Chef Navid Sayyad and Master Chef Shadab Khan. The sweet aroma of spices from the kitchen, live music and interactive dining elements create an inspiring vibe as you embark on the flavours of medieval India.

    Guests can select from choices of vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes prepared and grilled to their preference. On the platter will be meat options from chicken, fish, lamb and prawns all marinated in rich spices and authentic seasonings. The starters include Bhatti-Ka-Jhinga,  Jaitooni Mahi Tikka, Sunehri tandoori Pomfret, Galawati Kebab, Murg Angaare, Gosht Gilafi Seekh, Siyamirch-ka-Murg,  Zafrani Paneer Tikka, Dahi ke kebab, Tandoori Bharwan Aloo, Subz ki Sheekh, Sarsoon-ke-Phool, Rajme ki tikki among others.

    For entrées, the menu includes Achari Jhinga,  Karahi Shurkh Gosht, Mahi-Dum-Kaliyan, Hyderabadi Degi Gosht, Methi Murgh, Begmati do pyaza, Shahi Nihari, Makhmali Paneer, Achari kofta curry, Soya palak-ki-Saag, Dum Aloo Kashmiri, Phoolon-ki-Subzi, Khumb Shahi Korma to name a few. Biryani lovers can choose from Luckhnowi Gosht Biryani, Chicken-Dum-Biryani and Tarkari Biryani. The desert course has Sheer Khurma, Kong phirni, Lagan wala halwa and Arsh-Ka-Meetha.
