  • Lenovo enhances retail focus in Andhra Pradesh

    Hyderabad: Lenovo India today inaugurated its new, state-of-the-art exclusive store in Hyderabad to increase penetration in the high potential Hyderabad PC market. This will enable the company to effectively address the growing computing needs of Hyderabad consumers. This is Hyderabad’s 3rd Exclusive Store and 7th LES in the IT hub of Andhra Pradesh. The new store is inaugurated here in city today at Golconda Cross Roads by Mr. Ashok Nair, Director Sales — South India of Lenovo India.

    Addressing he said, “The southern region in general and Hyderabad in particular, contributes significantly to our consumer business and is naturally a high priority region for us. This new Lenovo Exclusive Store is a critical step in journey to connect deeper with our customer in this region. This expansion is in sync with our overall retail expansion plan of having 1000 exclusive Lenovo retail outlets across India by March 2012”.

    The excusive store Balaji Computers located at Golconda Cross Roads, showcases Laptops, Notebooks, Netbooks, Desktops, All-in-One PCs and Accessories. New consumer products available in store include the Lenovo IdeaPad Y570 — the premium multimedia Notebooks; the Lenovo IdeaPad Z570 — which offers super entertainment features at an affordable price; the G470 and G570, which are powerful, entry level Notebooks; the stunningly beautiful all-in-one Lenovo IdeaCenter A700 and the perfect desktop replacer Lenovo C200.  The store will also house the Lenovo ThinkPad SL series suitable for small businesses and the ThinkPad Edge custom-built for the SMB Segment.

    Giving details Mr. Pavan Parthani, Director of Balaji Computers said that the exclusive store offers wide varieties and range of products and accessories. The accessories include Keyboard, Mouse, Headphone and others. In laptops, the range starts from Rs 22,000/- to 60,000/- and Desktops from Rs 17,000/- to 45000/-, Net books from Rs 13,000/- to 20,000/-. The laptop range includes from Rs 16000/- to Rs 57,000/-.
