    Savor the authentic delicacies from the land of Awadh Hyderabad and Mughal era as a spectacular 17 day long Biryani & Kebab Festival from 17th April till 4th May, 2019 curated by Master Chef Rehman Mujeebur and Lucknow Express (an Andheri based delivery kitchen) is all set to come near you at Aureole Hotel.  Get ready to tickle your taste buds with a blend of delicacies like Nawabi kebabs to curries from the land of Nizams and authentic Mughlai preparations to celebrate he launch of Lucknow Express with this royal festival. 
     
    With previous hospitality projects like Andamental, Above & Beyond, Hotel Aureole and many more, Mr Nikhil Samani and Mr. Yash Thakkar are all set to raise the bars to another level with joining hands with the world renowned Master Chef Rehman Mujeebur and his team, who have specially flown to the city of dreams from Lucknow to spread an elaborate array of Awadhi & Mughlai dishes including lip smacking variants of Kebabs and Biryanis, Kormas and many other gravies and appetisers to induce the aroma of cardamom.
     
    The menu spread will feature authentic culinary delicacies that revolve around the three most essential elements of an Indian kitchen — the tandoor, the tawa and the charcoal grill. Guests can enjoy a culinary expedition across a variety of regions and styles and their preferences (veg/non veg). The menu is specially curated by the soft spoken 43-year-old Master Chef Rehman Mujeebur himself.  The Chef is very well known for his associations with big names like JW Marriot, Taj Group, owns Afreen Foods, that runs four eateries – two in Lucknow, and one each in Dubai and Riyadh – supervises the kitchen for Salman Khan’s birthday bashes, rustling up delicacies for all the invitees. Besides Sallu Bhai, he has also cooked for Shilpa Shetty and Captain Amarinder Singh, the chief minister of Punjab. 
     
    The menu spread will offer a vast range with mouthwatering specials like varieties of Kebabs like Lamb Galawati Kebab, Chapli Kebab, Shambali Seekh kebab Murg Boti Kebab, Murg tikka mirza hasnu, Murg Chargah, Dum mahi tikka, Paneer Pilimirch Tikka, Rajma Shammi Kebab, Veg Seekh Kebab, Arvi Kebab and Harabhara Shammi. 
     
     For Biyanis, one can choose from Sufiyani Chicken Biryani, Butter Chicken Biryani, Muradabadi Chicken Biryani, Seekh kebab Biryani, Prawns biryani, Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani, Lucknowi Gosht pulao, Hyderabadi Ghost Biryani, Tarkari Biryani, Batanjan Pulao, Panner/Veg biryani, Veg Kofta Biryani and Anda Potato Biryani.  Also satiate your Mughlai cravings  with Gravies from options like Mutton Rogan Josh, Dal, Dal makani, Dal fry, Butter chicken, Lagan ka murg, Fish Qoot, Alu ke Dulme, Laal chana, Paneer Mumtaz, Kofta curry and Mirchi ka salan!
     
    One can enjoy the Unlimited Menu for only INR 599 (veg) and INR 699 (non veg) during the Biryani & Kebab Festival!
     
    Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Yash Thakkar said, “We wanted to give our patrons an authentic taste of the Mughal era irrespective of their food preferences and the the best menu and that’s how we got the world renowned Mr. Chef Rehman on board. We also wanted to make the launch of our new project Lucknow express huge and decided on hosting a 17 day long festival so that everyone could experience the food artistry we are willing to offer!
