  • Nokia collaborates with Airtel to offer 6 months of free download of Android apps on the Nokia XL

    Microsoft Devices recently announced the launch of Nokia XL in India, the company’s flagship large screen offering under the Nokia X family of affordable Nokia_xlsmartphones that runs Android™ apps.

    With a 5″ IPS capacitive color touch screen, the Nokia XL brings the much desired large screen experience at an affordable price point of Rs. 11,489/-. The device further augments the imaging experience with a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for video calls on Skype and a 5-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and flash. It comes with a powerful 2000 mAh battery, rated for 16 hours of talk-time and upto 41 days of standby.

    To offer an enhanced app experience to its consumers, Nokia has collaborated with Airtel to offer 6 months of free download of Android apps on the Nokia XL. The plan allows upto 500MB of free usage through which consumers can download their favorite apps via the Nokia Store and the 1Mobile store. This offer is available to consumers with the Fair Usage Policy of upto 500 MB per month*.
