Mumbai: Percept Activ, the brand activation arm of Percept Limited flawlessly conceptualised & executed on-ground activities of the GSD Leadership Conclave for United Health Care Global, a US giant in the business of providing Health Care Services at Atlantis, The Palm, Dubai from 17th April 2013 to 20th April 2013.

Following a spirited multi agency pitch, Percept Activ won the prestigious United Health Group account and bagged the mandate to conduct the GSD Leadership Conclave. The three daylong conference held at The Atlantis – The Palm, Dubai saw participation from both International (USA, Ireland & Philippines) and Domestic Leadership teams of UHC.

Percept Activ ideated and created the theme – Connecting 2 Succeed, the mood board on which the entire agenda was built around for the conclave. The agenda of the conference was also developed around the theme and the representation of the same was carried forward in the collaterals, set designs, event designs, content for Audio Visuals developed for the same and the entertainment capsules. The highlight of the conference was the external training modules and a two hour session with International Management Speaker, Mr Ram Charan, who spoke on the theme and was the guest of honour at the Conference Awards Ceremony.

Every evening the Invitees were taken to sample the sights & sounds of Dubai on the Dhow Cruise witnessing the fascinating amalgamation of the old and new Dubai along the Creek with a Champagne Toast and the Tanoura dance to entertain the invitees. The second day saw an exhilarating Dune Bashing Desert Safari leading to the Desert Camp and a scintillating performance by the belly dancers, where invitees let their hair down and coupled. Percept Activ worked closely with  the core management team of UHC India office to provide their expertise in all spheres of the event right from Destination & Travel Management, Content Development, Conference structuring,  Execution and on site management of the conclave.
