  • St. Louis, Mo.:Psychological Associates, a consulting company that applies behavioral science to business performance, will host a Leadership Through People Skills (LTPS) workshop for both new and established leaders.  The three-day intensive workshop will be held Tues., May 14 and Wed., May 15 from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Thurs., May 16 from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.  The program will be held at the Charles F. Knight Executive Education & Conference Center located at One Brookings Dr. on the campus of Washington University in St. Louis.

    Psychological Associate’s proprietary workshop takes an experiential approach when helping participants develop real-world leadership skills for immediate impact.  LTPS mixes discussion and role playing to show participants how behavioral styles can hinder or lead to success.  The program focuses on the company’s exclusive Q4 Dimensional Model of Behavior – an easy-to-follow structure that categorizes behavior into logical groupings – which is known in the industry for inspiring high-performance behavior and attaining comprehensive results.

    The workshop is self-customized and immediately applicable to each participant’s unique situation.  Attendees will acquire tools for improved leadership, communication, and the ability to resolve conflicts; gain insight into their own behaviors and needs, and; practice giving and receiving immediate and insightful feedback in order to increase their self-awareness and productivity once they return to the workplace.

    Psychological Associate’s Vice President of Performance Consulting Dr. Patricia Bagsby will lead the sessions.  With 12 years of experience in training and facilitation, Dr. Bagsby brings an integrated approach of behavioral sciences, change management, and process improvement principles to the workshop.
