    Some of the unique dishes available at Rosang are Ngatok- Fish Stew with Indigenous Spices and Aromatic Herbs (Arunachal Pradesh), Maroi Bora- Manipuri Style Herbs Fritters (Manipur), Bilahi Masor Tenga- Special Fish Curry with Tangy Tomato (Assam), Arsa Chhum- Chicken infused in North-East Herbs and Lemon Leaf (Mizoram), Jadoh- Combination of Wild Red Rice and Sesame with pork (Meghalaya), Akshi Aser Nuoshi -Pork with Dry Yam Stem without Oil (Nagaland), Tokhan- Chicken Curry with  North-East Herbs and Sour Tomatoes (Tripura), Alloo Taama- Potato and Bamboo Shoot Curry (Sikkim) among others.

    In an endeavour to portray the cultural diversity of the region, ambience of Rosang has been beautifully decorated with eye-catching interiors coupled with photographs taken at North Eastern region.
