  • Sheffield Hallam University announces November intake

    New Delhi : Sheffield Hallam University, one of the UK’s largest universities, best known for its innovation and excellence in providing quality sheffieldeducation in new and emerging fields, announces its November 2013 intake. This intake is open for three computing courses following the September admission that includes MSc Information Technology Professional, MSc Database Professional, MSc Enterprise Systems Professional.

    The above courses will include an industrial expertise module for the students that will facilitate a better work experience by assigning them into groups to undertake a project for an external client and thereby undergo varied phases of work environment as a professional in the IT Industry. As part of this module, students will be asked to apply their learning to a real world situation through the help of their experience and understanding.

    Speaking about the November 2013 intake, Sudha Toppo, regional co-ordinator for South Asia, Sheffield Hallam University, said, “At Sheffield Hallam, we believe in academic excellence and hence the courses for the November intake are specially planned for the students to explore different aspects of working as a professional in the IT Industry. The projects are aimed at producing something of value for the students by moulding them with real work life experience showcasing multiple ways in which IT is integrated into the workplace.”

    The application form for the November 2013 intake can be obtained from Sheffield Hallam University’s South Asia office in Delhi on 0112370 6239/40/41 or by emailing [email protected]. The last date for submission of the application form is October 15, 2013.
