    New Delhi :Shiprocket, India’s leading tech-enabled logistics and fulfillment platform, is back with Aarambh, a business model competition held specifically for aspiring women-led D2C businesses to promote entrepreneurship. Shiprocket has announced the opening of nominations for Aarambh.

    First launched in 2020, Aarambh aims to provide budding women entrepreneurs across the country a platform to prove their mettle.  The competition invites several innovative business ideas from women-led SMEs to foster the spirit of business among them. It looks to help turn their ideas into reality and contribute to ‘Bharat Commerce.’ Besides, the event will also offer participants opportunities to network with potential business partners and win several cash prizes.

    Speaking on the opening of nominations, Saahil Goel, Co-Founder, and CEO of Shiprocket said, “Women sellers have made significant contributions to the growth and progress of the D2C segment. And as the sector continues to gain rapid traction, women entrepreneurs will undoubtedly play an integral role in its sustained growth and evolution. Post the first edition of Aarambh, which became a massive success, we are delighted to announce that we will be commencing Aarambh 2022 shortly. We invite female entrepreneurs to submit their nominations for the competition and look forward to witnessing unique business ideas and help build a robust commerce ecosystem.”

    The last date of applications is 23rd Feb.’22 and the winners will be announced on 8th March.’22.
