Chennai: Shivsu Canada Pure Fillers Pvt. Ltd (SCPF) that launched Glass bottle washers, fillers and cappers in a joint venture with Rita Bottling has bagged order to the tune of over Rs. 50 Crores for these glass bottle equipments of cutting-edge technology.

Mr. Sushil Kumar Eashwaran, Technical Director of SCPF said “We have inaugurated the state-of-the-art new manufacturing facility recently at Poonamalle to produce the machines. With this new division we expect to do a turnover of over Rs. 100 Crores in the financial year 2011-2012.”

“German technology has been incorporated in the design and engineering and the capacity of the machines fall in the range 60 to 400 BPM. The washers are so designed even to run on recycled glass bottles,” he added.

Manufactured under the brand name Shivsu-Rita, the equipments find applications in a wide range of industries including distilleries, breweries, soft drink and pharmaceuticals.
