pad-thai-wokRamada Powai Hotel and Convention Centre is making the festive month of November even merrier with the celebration of Thai Lantern Festival, a festival that is unique to northern Thailand at Skky. Ramada is all set to light up the skyline of Mumbai with paper lanterns released into the night sky to symbolically ward off bad luck, while the water bodies will be covered by floating flower lanterns, adorned with candles and joss sticks, to wish for good luck. Enjoy the skyline of Mumbai with the paper lanterns floating in the air and the country’s most awaited and loved Thai dishes this week.

Ramada is excited to mesmerize its guests with an amazing experience of floating lanterns in the water bodies or releasing them in air. The guests can indulge in various types of lip-smacking and delectable Thai cuisines. Some of the stars of the scrumptious menu include Tom Yum Talay (A cloudy seafood soup with cherry tomatoes and coriander), Tau Hu Thod (Golden browned fried Tofu served with spicy peanut dipping sauce), Stir-fried Lamb with Chili and Shrimp paste (Braised lamb tossed with oyster and shrimp paste sauce with curry leaves), Phanaeng Gai (A mild thick curry made with chicken traditionally from the Thai royal house), Gaeng phed ped yang (Roast duck slivered and served with red curry and grapes), Tub Tim Krob (Delectably flavored sweetened fresh coconut cream & pandan syrup flavored water chestnut) and many more toothsome cuisines.
