A burst of flavors with every bite, the main course brings you captivating dishes like Rendang Chicken Curry and Malaysian Chicken Kapitan. The Dim Sum experience leaves you spoiled for choice with a range of different dumplings tossed in delectable sauces.
The new menu promises to be an exploration for the senses boasting of a vibrant selection of dishes, each with its unique identity and exciting elements. A special Korean section is added to the menu; this section will be continually refreshed with rotating regional Southeast Asian specialties at each outlet, offering a taste of culinary diversity. Featuring a slew of Southeast Asian flavors, each cocktail is a unique creation crafted with natural ingredients and custom-made infusions. Look out for exciting flavor combinations like the Hello Fatty which is a unique take on a gin cocktail, featuring sake, Aperol, fresh grapefruit, and a touch of rosemary infused through a French press, Don’t miss the Get Rich or Thai Trying, a concoction of mixed berry gin, berry shrub, Thai basil, and black pepper that really packs a punch. A must try is Extasia which is a vibrant mix of gin, lemongrass syrup, lime cordial, lime juice, and Stella Bunt bitters and Shikake offers a savory twist with whiskey, pickled ginger, brine, sour mix, and a squeeze of lime.
