Mumbai – Luxury brand consultant, Nisha JamVwal joined Zoya Business Head Arif Padiath last evening to launch their exquisite store at Linking Road, Khar. The store is Zoya’s second store in the city of Mumbai. Coupled with this celebration they also launched the stunning new summer collection, Fire, along with a viewing of Zoya’s first television commercial.

Mumbai’s glitterati attended the grand launch including actor Gulshan Grover, Chetan Hansraj, Ranjeet, Tanuj Virwani, Rajiv Paul, actress Rutcha Gujarati, Vidya Malavade, Kanchi Kaul, Zoya Afroz, Alicia Raut and former Miss world Sobhita Dhulipala. Veterans of the corporate world Prahlad Kakkar, Anil Thadani, Dr. Reshma Pai Dillon were spotted enjoying the evening with some champagne.

Zoya’s dramatic new collection Fire pays tribute to the most brilliant element with a magnificent array of jewellery, embellished with radiant sapphires, radiant gold and exquisite diamonds. A stunning necklace crafted in fiery yellow gold and studded with diamonds and yellow and orange sapphires brings to mind the dance of the flames. A diamond pendant studded with black onyx creates an unforgettable statement while a ring promises the power and purity of fire. The ring is designed with yellow gold surrounding cut and uncut diamonds with fine Black Hand painted enamel work on it.

The preview had a bonhonomous informal air and in her inimitable style Nisha shared the inspiration and subtle nuances of the collection through images of dancing fire tendrils, revealing breathtaking colours and shapes of flames that reflected the metaphoric inspiration in the jewellery design as models walked by and displayed the dazzling collection.
