  • In Pakistan, at least thirteen people have been killed and more than thirty five others injured in a blast at a gas station in Faisalabad today. It is not yet clear what caused the blast, which caused extensive damage in the area. Television footage showed collapsed buildings and burnt-out vehicles. Some unconfirmed reports said the explosion took place near the offices of Pakistan’s intelligence agency, ISI. According to one report, quoting Faisalabad police Chief Aftab Cheema, the gas explosion at the fuel station was triggered by a car bomb.
