The Congress party kick started its election campaign in Rajasthan with party Vice President Rahul Gandhi addressing the Adivasi Kisan rally in Salumar in Udaipur division.

Addressing the gathering, Rahul said the country can witness development only when government concentrates on welfare of the common man, tribals and poor sections of society.

The Congress party blowing its election bugle in Rajasthan comes a day after Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi addressed a rally in Jaipur.
