    Published on December 29, 2010

Actor Sanjay Dutt received a major jolt from the Bombay high court as it ordered to seal his property. Film Producer Shakeel Noorani had moved the Bombay High court against Sanjay Dutt for abandoning his film ‘Jaan ki baazi’ mid way. Noorani has claimed that the film which was launched in 2002 was abandoned by Sanjay Dutt. Noorani was asked by IMPPA to move to court after Dutt refused to response.

Meanwhile the court officials accompanied by Noorani have pasted the ‘attachment notice’ at Sanjay Dutt’s residence at Pali Hill in Suburban Bandra in Mumbai. Noorani has also said that he will paste the attachment notice at Dutt’s office on Wednesday morning.

He claimed that he was destroyed by Sanjay Dutt and was rendered penniless after his film was abandoned. Expressing his woe further, Noorani said that Sanjay Dutt made him chase for his money for 8 years. The court has however given 30 days for Sanjay Dutt to contest notice.
