Bhubaneswar: Putting all the speculations to rest, the Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar has traced the location of child prodigy and star marathon runner Budhia Singh in Tamil Nadu’s Kodaikanal. Police commissioner Y.B. Khurania said on Sunday  in Bhubaneswar that  he could speak to Budhia and his mother. The star runner had gone missing since May 10 when the hostel closed for summer vacation. The cops on Sunday registered a kidnapping case after the Child Welfare Committee of Khurda filed a complaint on Saturday.
