Bhopal: Welcoming the Spring, Billabong High International School (BHIS) recently conducted Annual IT and Art Exhibition at their school campus.

Mrs. Sujata Lakhani, Principal, Billabong High International School, along with other school dignitaries welcomed and provided a unique platform where budding artists and prospective technocrats shared the stage to display their diverse talents, to their audience “parents”.

Myriad colors contended for attention the moment students walked into the foyer where the ART work of the students were displayed. Every conceivable art form boasting of different techniques beginning from textured drawing, sponge painting, worli art, paper batik, perspective drawing to dry brush painting were showcased to  name a few.  Students explained in detail the art form and the techniques involved displaying their deep knowledge of the subject in question.

The IT section was not too far behind with attractive models on networking, PPTs, websites and animations using software such as Java and Qbasic. Needless to say the quizzes and games designed by the students were the biggest attraction and the teachers had a tough time clearing the crowd so that the next batch of students could come to watch the exhibits.

It was a gratifying experience for the organizers and the spectators and left each one longing for more.
